How is tuition billed?

Annual tuition is billed in 12 equal monthly installments February through January with one  exception.   Tuition for students accepted after June 1 may be billed from June to May with a $10 increase per student per month.

How are fees billed?

The initial registration fee (charged only first year a student enters Gatewood) is billed upon acceptance  and and is due within 30 days or before the first day of school, whichever comes first.

When are bills mailed?

When are monthly charges due?

Monthly charges are due by the first day of the month.  Interest of 1.5% monthly is charged on amounts not paid by month end.

Does Gatewood accept credit card payments?

Gatewood accepts MasterCard or VISA.

Where can I pay my School bill?

You can mail your payment to Gatewood Schools, 139 Phillips Dr., Eatonton, Georgia  31024. 

You can deliver your payment to either School office or to the School Business office which is in the library building.

Is there a discount for prepayment of tuition?

No

Are auxiliary services charged to my account?

Bus charges are billed monthly.

Is financial aid available?

Limited financial assistance with tuition is available to families who demonstrate financial need.  Gatewood has a financial assistance fund. 

How do I apply for financial aid?

Applications are available from Mrs.Dodson in the Business Office or can be downloaded

from the web site after February 1 of each year.  The deadline for submission is April 15.
