2012-2013 Booster Club Registration Form

 

As stated in the Gatewood Schools Handbook, “Each parent of student athetes is required to be a member of the Gatewood Booster Club.”  Booster club dues are $75.00 per family, but there are additional levels available.  This financial obligation must be cleared before a student can receive his or her report card and course credit at the end of the school year or before student records or transcripts can be issued.

 

$50.00 - Lower School Football Membership - Includes mandatory participation fee in Lower School Football and a window decal.

 

$75.00 - Regular Membership - Includes mandatory participation fee in all middle school and varsity sports and a window decal.

 
$140.00 - Gold Parent Membership - Includes mandatory participation fee in all middle school and varsity sports, free entry to all regular season Gatewood home sporting events, and a window decal.
 
$100.00 - Gold Grandparent/Friend of Gatewood Membership - Includes free entry to all regular season Gatewood home sporting events and a window decal.  This membership is available only to Grandparents or Friends who do not have children enrolled at Gatewood.
 
$175.00 - Gator Gold Membership - Includes mandatory participation fee in all middle school and varsity sports, free entry to all regular season Gatewood home sporting events, reserved seating at home Football Games on the 50 yard line and a window decal.
A section of the stadium bleachers will have permanent back seating chair installed and ONLY Gator Gold Members will be allowed in the section.
 
$220.00 - Gator Gold Membership Plus Reserved Parking Sport - Includes mandatory participation fee in all middle school and varsity sports, free entry to all regular season Gatewood home sporting events, reserved seating a reserved parking space by the football field entrance gate.
 
A section of the stadium bleachers will have permanent back seating chair installed and ONLY Gator Gold Members will be allowed in the section.
 
You may drop your Booster Club Registration Form and check off in the Admissions and Advancement and Development Office.
